Agreement to Terms
By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from Big Project Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all junk removal, hauling, demolition, excavation, landscaping, and property cleanout services we provide in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with scheduling services.
Service Terms
The following terms govern every job we perform. These conditions are also reflected in your written quote or bid.
- Services will be performed as outlined in the quote provided to the Client prior to scheduling.
- The balance is due upon receipt of service. We accept cash, check, credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, and money order.
- The Client is responsible for providing access to the property on the scheduled service date. Failure to provide access may result in a service fee.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid incurring a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
- We are not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, faulty fixtures, or unsecured valuables on the property.
We are dedicated to delivering a clean property with reliable service you can trust. Our team will make every reasonable effort to complete work safely, efficiently, and to your satisfaction.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of estimate. If the scope of work is found to differ materially from what was described — including but not limited to greater volume, weight, hazardous materials, or access difficulties — Big Project Solutions reserves the right to adjust the quoted price prior to beginning work.
Estimates are free and no work will begin without Client agreement on final pricing.
Limitation of Liability
Big Project Solutions carries general liability insurance (Policy: 860747123, L420000041-0). However, the Company is not responsible for damage arising from:
- Pre-existing damage, rot, deterioration, or structural weakness on the property.
- Faulty fixtures, plumbing, electrical, or other systems encountered during service.
- Unsecured, fragile, or undisclosed valuables left in the work area.
- Underground utilities, pipes, or cables not marked prior to excavation work.
Clients are encouraged to remove or clearly identify any items of value before service begins. It is the Client's responsibility to call 811 (Oklahoma One Call) before any excavation work if applicable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. To cancel or reschedule your service appointment without penalty, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service date.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a service fee to cover crew scheduling and vehicle deployment costs. We will always communicate any applicable fee to you before it is charged.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and successful service, the Client agrees to:
- Provide clear and unobstructed access to the property and the work area on the scheduled date.
- Disclose any known hazards, including asbestos, mold, chemicals, or structural instability, prior to service.
- Secure or remove pets from the work area during service.
- Ensure that items included in the removal are authorized for removal by the property owner.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from or related to services provided by Big Project Solutions shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Canadian County or Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
Changes to These Terms
Big Project Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
